Your privacy and the protection of your information is important to us. It is the policy of Delashh Aesthetics & Training to protect your information and respect any privacy you may wish to have in regards to this information. 

Personal information is only requested should we need it. Your information allows us to provide an even better service to you, however we respect that not everyone likes to share their information. 

We collect your information lawfully and store it safely - we can discard of it at any time please feel free to contact us via our contact us page in regards to this and we will help as best as we can. We store your Information in a way that prevents loss, theft, unauthorised access & copying etc. 

We don't share any of the information that is given to us, unless lawfully required too. 

Continuation of the use of our website signals that our privacy policy has been accepted and that you understand how we collect and process personal date.

Refund Policy: 

At this moment in time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of any of our online courses. They are digital documents that are sent to you once you have purchased and entered your email address into the notes box when checking out- Should you forget to add this when checking out, Please email us via Delashhaestheticsltd@yahoo.com with proof of purchase and we will sort this for you at the earliest opportunity. 

With face to face training courses any deposits paid are non refundable, however we will change your training date if needed with 48 hours notice prior to your training.

All treatments booked with DeLashh Aesthetics require a non refundable deposit, if you cannot make your appointment then please give 48 hours notice prior to your appointment as this gives chance to fill your appointment, if less than 12 hours notice you will be charged 50%. If you cannot or do not turn up to your appointment on the day then there is a full charge. It is impossible to fill in your slot with no notice or very little notice.
