How does online training work?
Once you have purchased a training course from Delashh Aesthetics Ltd, you will then be sent your course manual via email with all the information you need to get started. All our course manuals are in depth with step by step instructions or video links demonstrating how to perform the treatment you are learning either created by DeLashh Aesthetics Ltd or instructional videos from YouTube. Every case study will require for you to complete a health and safety test to confirm your knowledge with either before and after pictures or video demonstrations of the treatment you are learning.
Do I need any previous experience to do your online training courses?
No, we do not require any prerequisites to do our courses, it is insurance companies that are most likely to require them but not all of them do, so it is always best to check with them first. It is always advised to start off with foundation courses to gain all the basic knowledge you need before considering advanced courses.
Have I got a time limit to finish my course?
No there is no time limit when it comes to completing courses from DeLashh Aesthetics ltd. We understand that things pop up in life which can set us back slightly and that is why we have designed our online training to fit around your daily commitments giving you the time you need to study and complete your course which best suits you. There is no expiry on any of our courses.
Once I have passed my case studies will I get a certificate?
Yes, with every course completed you will get a copy of your accredited certificate digitally emailed to you. You can also purchase hard copies from our website.
Who are you accredited by?
All of our online training courses are accredited by the CPD Group & IPHM (international practitioners holistic medicine).
Are you courses insurable?
Yes all of our courses are accredited and insurable, however it is always best to check with your insurance company before purchasing any of our courses.
Do I need to get insurance to do my case studies?
We will always recommend that you take out student insurance to cover you if your current insurer won't, however most students practice on there family and friends as you cant charge for treatments on case studies.
Are your courses refundable?
No unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on our online training courses because all course content and manuals are emailed over to you when you purchase.
Can I swap my course for a different course if I change my mind?
As stated above, once you have purchased a course from DeLashh Aesthetics Ltd we will then email all course content and manuals over to you, for this reason we can not offer swaps as you will have received everything you need already for the course you have purchased.
Can I ask questions or still get support and guidance when I have completed my course?
Yes of course! We offer life time support for our students once they have completed any of our courses.
